Job description Exp - 3+ years Industry preference - Agency & advertising Graphic Designers conceptualize and design visual ideas, understanding the clients needs and developing a brands visual identity. The duties and responsibilities of a Graphic Designer include the following: Creating visual designs for print and digital media Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand project requirements Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency Using design software to produce visually appealing designs Creating visual elements like logos and illustrations Revising designs based on client feedback Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics. Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality. Generating fresh concepts. Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Senior Graphic Designer Requirements: A graphic design qualification or similar. Portfolio with design projects. Proven work experience as a graphic designer. Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator). A keen eye for visual details. Aesthetic skills. Ability to collaborate and collaborate with team members. Senior Graphics Designer Skills/Abilities/Knowledge Bachelors degree in design or any similar related/equivalent field. Knowledge of animation and motion design software. Highly skilled in Adobe design software like Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with both print and digital designs. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work on close deadlines. Ability to communicate (both oral and written) Should be a creative thinker with imaginative skills and a curious learner. Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment. Great aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail. Practical and environmental design experience.,
