Key Responsibilities Design and develop innovative STEM toys that align with ScienceUtsav's educational goals and philosophies Conduct market research to identify trends and incorporate them into the toy design process Create prototypes for new designs and conduct testing to refine and optimize toy features Ensure all toy designs adhere to safety regulations and are suitable for children aged 5 to 14 years Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for new toy concepts and projects Work within project timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality educational toys Engage with marketing teams to provide insights on product features for promotional purposes About Company: ScienceUtsav is a creative parallel educational program for children of the age group of 5 to 14 years.
