Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Create engaging carousels and other multimedia content that enhances user experience and drives engagement.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, to execute design projects efficiently and effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of digital media and design principles, with the ability to create compelling visual content.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation in design.
