Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer specialized in CorelDRAW to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, and social media posts, specifically tailored for the real estate industry. This role requires a creative individual who can combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the layout of printed and digital materials. Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and social media graphics that effectively communicate the unique selling points of our real estate projects. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and create designs that align with our brand's identity and target audience's preferences. - Utilize CorelDRAW and other graphic design software to craft high-quality visuals. - Ensure all designs are visually appealing and on-brand, with a focus on readability, attention to detail, and impactful messaging. - Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines. - Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the real estate industry. - Provide expert advice and creative solutions to enhance the visual aspect of marketing campaigns. - Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure quality reproduction of designs and adherence to timelines. Qualifications: - Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating marketing materials, preferably in the real estate sector. - In-depth knowledge and proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other graphic design software. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding. - Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and compelling visual designs. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
