As a Graphic Designer at SHRUTI SUSHMA, you will have a multifaceted role that includes creating captivating graphics for social media, designing for our website, and providing support in jewellery design. Additionally, you will be responsible for editing jewellery images to ensure they align with our brand's aesthetic standards. Position: Graphic Designer AI-Driven Brand Visuals Location: Bangalore or Ahmedabad (Full-time, On-site) Experience: 1+ years preferred Key Responsibilities Develop high-impact visual content for social media, digital campaigns, lookbooks, packaging, and more. Use MidJourney and other AI tools to ideate and render moodboards, product visuals, and campaign concepts. Utilize ChatGPT for content development, creative brainstorming, and copy ideation support. Edit and retouch product and model images to editorial standards using Photoshop. Translate brand briefs into compelling visual assets aligned with the luxury aesthetic. Support visual direction for product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots. Collaborate closely with the founders and marketing team to maintain a cohesive brand identity. Stay ahead of global visual trends in fashion, art, luxury, and design. Requirements Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing originality and polish. Expert in Photoshop and proficient in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign or similar. Proficient in MidJourney prompt crafting and image generation workflows. Strong grasp of how to use ChatGPT and other generative tools creatively. Extremely creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy. Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative creative team. Passion for fashion, jewelry, and luxury branding. Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory) Motion graphics/animation. Video editing or short-form video content creation (Reels, Stories). Basic 3D or rendering tools. Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in either Bangalore or Ahmedabad.
