Ideally, you should hold a bachelor's degree in design or a related field. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Canva, and similar tools is required. Your strong creative abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills will be essential to collaborate with different teams.
