The position is located in a hybrid work environment, involving both remote work and in-office presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement functional strategies leveraging your design skills. - Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the merchandiser team (buyers, suppliers, distributors, analysts) to negotiate prices, quantities, and timelines. - Contribute to product development, pricing, and inventory management.
