Coordinate With Doctors, Health Counselors, And Lab Teams To Streamline Patient Treatment Journeys.Manage Patient Appointments, Follow-Ups, And Feedback Collection.Monitor Progress Of Hba1C Reports, Gtt Results, And Plan Actions Accordingly.Maintain And Update Patient Databases, Treatment Protocols, And Health Records (Erp/Crm).
