Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Order Management
2. Assist the sales team in processing customer orders accurately and promptly in the ERP/CRM system.
3. Track and monitor order status, coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, logistics, finance) for order fulfillment.
4. Prepare sales reports, order analysis, and dashboards for management reviews.
5. Respond to customer queries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and basic product-related information.
6. Ensure documentation accuracy order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes, etc.
7. Support price validation, quote preparation, and contract data entry.
