Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Create compelling ad copy and A/B test creatives to improve CTR and conversion rates
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and detailed reports
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet KPIs
• Track conversions and implement Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics as needed
• Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and product teams (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Google Ads / PPC
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
