Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell gold loan products to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and participate in promotional activities to generate leads.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Explain gold loan features, benefits, and terms to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Operations & Documentation
- Assist in gold valuation and verification with branch appraisers.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for loan processing.
- Handle cash transactions related to gold loan disbursements and repayments.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Follow KYC, AML, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain security and safety of pledged gold ornaments.
- Ensure zero tolerance for operational and procedural lapses.
