Business Development: Achieving sales targets for gold loans by acquiring new customers and cross-selling to existing customers. Developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and market share. Assessing local market conditions to identify potential opportunities for new customer acquisition. Branch Operations: Managing daily branch operations, including customer service, sales, and collections. Ensuring smooth functioning of the branch, including cash management, vault security, and compliance with company policies. Team Leadership: Leading, training, and motivating the branch team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction. Ensuring proper delegation of responsibilities and effective supervision of staff. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines set by the regulator and the bank. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the branch's operations. Customer Relationship Management: Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships. Resolving customer queries and complaints and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. Financial Performance: Monitoring and improving branch profitability. Managing the book of business and increasing profitability. Ensuring timely renewals of loan cases and maintaining a low level of pending renewals. Reporting and Audits: Preparing reports on branch performance and other relevant data. Supporting branch audit teams and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.
