Dispatch & Accounts Coordinator (Godown Incharge) Location: Tirupur Experience: Fresher to 5 Years Industry: Garment / Textile Manufacturing Salary: Based on Skill & Experience --- Job Overview: We are looking for a smart, responsible, and energetic Dispatch & Accounts Coordinator to manage our godown activities. This role involves dispatching orders, billing, and stock maintenance. Ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the garment manufacturing industry. --- Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day dispatch of garments to buyers and job work units Prepare invoices and handle billing through Tally or relevant software Maintain accurate stock records inward, outward, returns Coordinate with stitching units, transport partners, and the internal team Do basic accounting entries and ledger maintenance Conduct stock checks and support audits Keep the godown clean, organized, and secure --- Skills Required: Knowledge of Tally / Excel (training can be provided) Willingness to learn and take ownership Strong attention to detail and time management Good coordination and communication skills Experience in garments/textile industry is a plus --- Who Can Apply: Freshers with interest in accounts/operations Candidates with 05 years of experience in dispatch, accounting, or warehouse roles Local candidates from Tirupur preferred --- Growth Opportunity: We value performance.
