This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, overseeing daily sales operations, and ensuring the team meets performance expectations. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, a results-driven approach, and a deep understanding of the market. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Set realistic sales targets and KPIs for the team. Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance. Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify and address client needs to ensure high customer satisfaction. Negotiate and close high-value deals effectively. Revenue Generation & Business Development Drive revenue growth by expanding market share and identifying new opportunities.
