Job Description
You have 16 years of experience and are responsible for effectively implementing sales strategies and policies in your assigned area to meet sales targets and objectives. You will need to implement sales plans, strategies, and policies to increase and sustain market share and profitability in your region. It is essential to establish policies and guidelines to ensure smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors, and stockiest in your assigned region. Your role also involves scanning the environment to understand competitors" activities, demand-supply scenarios, and regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share in your area. By facilitating market development, brand management, and business development, you will contribute to increased market share and profitability while building the brand of the company in your assigned area. You will be expected to implement policies for robust field force monitoring, people management, and relationship management systems to increase field force satisfaction and portfolio growth.
