As the General Manager of the Plant (Operations Head) at our Vadodara location, you will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, cost control, process optimization, and team management to ensure high productivity, quality, and safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing production plans in alignment with targets and quality benchmarks, driving process improvements through lean and cost-effective practices, leading and mentoring production teams to ensure performance and discipline, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance norms, controlling production costs, optimizing resource utilization, monitoring KPIs, and reporting plant performance to senior management. You will also be required to coordinate with engineering, purchase, logistics, and QA teams. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Production or a related field. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with proficiency in lean manufacturing, quality systems, and production tools. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. The work location is in person at our Vadodara facility.,
