• Key Responsibilities:Identify and source qualified candidates for overseas job placements across various industries.
• Communicate with potential candidates through calls, emails, and meetings to promote international job opportunities.
• Effectively present job benefits, compensation packages, and career growth potential abroad.
• Educate candidates about visa processes, legal requirements, and associated service charges.
• Guide candidates through the application and documentation process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for different global regions.
• Collaborate with overseas employers and partners to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in recruitment, international staffing, or a related sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of visa/work permit processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
