Job Description
As a Global HR-IT Systems Advisor (Focus SAP SuccessFactors LMS) at MD ELEKTRONIK, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our HR systems. With a strong emphasis on efficiency and data quality, you will be responsible for coordinating the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our HR systems globally. This includes working closely with local HR departments across six locations worldwide and our IT team to ensure seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring and training local colleagues on global HR data management, as well as developing and enhancing system-generated reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors. By analyzing existing HR systems, processes, and workflows, you will identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, usability, and local applicability. Additionally, you will collaborate with the global HR team, IT department, and external vendors to integrate and further develop systems effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR systems or HR IT. Proficiency in HR software such as SuccessFactors (specifically LMS), SAP HCM, and HR QlikView is essential. Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with pivot tables, complex formulas, and Power Query, are also required. Furthermore, you should have expertise in analyzing HR data and preparing management reports, as well as excellent communication skills in English. In this dynamic environment, your analytical thinking, proactive approach to work, and collaborative spirit will be key assets. You will have the opportunity to introduce innovative, AI-supported approaches into our systems and stay abreast of the latest trends in HR digitalization. If you are passionate about HR systems and global data maintenance, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the advancement of our international HR systems landscape.
