Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Global Centralized Load Control professional. The role involves overseeing and managing load control processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with various departments to optimize load planning. Responsibilities include weight and balance calculations, load sheet preparation, and real-time communications with airlines and ground staff to ensure timely and accurate load distribution. Qualifications Strong understanding of weight and balance calculations and load sheet preparation Excellent communication skills for real-time coordination with airlines and ground staff Experience with safety, regulatory standards, and compliance in aviation Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Relevant certification in load control or aviation management is a plus Proficiency with load control software and tools Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics, or a related field,
