We are seeking a highly proficient and enthusiastic German Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the German language, a passion for teaching, and the ability to develop comprehensive German language programs for students starting from scratch. This role requires designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and ensuring students achieve their language goals efficiently. Key Responsibilities Create and design tailored German language programs and lesson plans for students at various levels, focusing on foundational skills. Teach German language classes, from beginner to advanced levels, using effective and engaging teaching methods. Develop and provide educational materials, including handouts, exercises, and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience. Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative practices into the curriculum. Assess students" progress through regular evaluations and feedback. Adjust teaching strategies based on individual needs and learning styles. Qualifications Proficiency in German (both written and spoken). Proven experience teaching German as a foreign language, especially from beginner levels.
