Job Description
- MBA in Hospital Management with Minimum 5 Years of Experience.
- Lead and oversee all hospital administrative and non-clinical operations.
- Ensure alignment of daily activities with strategic goals and patient care standards.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Supervise department heads (HR, Maintenance, Front Office, Billing, etc.).
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs and patient satisfaction scores.
- Ensure hospital compliance with NABH, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive digital transformation, process improvement, and quality initiatives.
- Build effective communication between medical staff, administration, and governing bodies.
