As a sales person, you will be responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets by following up on leads, contacting prospects, and guiding clients through the residential site. Your role will involve sales and marketing activities across all verticals, including negotiating terms, closing sales, and networking with corporate, HNI, and other clients for project marketing. You will also play a key role in planning and executing strategies for new project launches, design inputs, cost comparisons, vendor selection, and post-sales customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be expected to establish strong relationships with distribution partners, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters. Your role will also involve creating a dynamic and high-performance environment for the team members, ensuring fair and honest dealings at all times. To be eligible for this position, you must have a graduate/MBA degree with over 10 years of real estate sales experience with a renowned developer or channel partner.
