Job Description & Responsibilities: - 1. Overseeing all aspects of Companys Export Operations. 2. Coordination with Export Consultant and departments heads for a smooth export process from start to finish. 3. Act as a leader responsible for driving international business and smooth shipments of consignments with zero error. 4. Develop and executing comprehensive export strategies aligned with Company goals and analyzing market trends. 5. Key player in setting export markets development and setting financial budgets and costing of international business in coordination with Export Consultant. 6. Leading export team for all export consignments and building a strong relationship with key clients and distributors in target markets. 7. Vendor management: liaison works with local vendors and suppliers and rate negotiation with vendors. 8. Overseeing all export logistics, including shipping documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and export compliance. 9. Coordination with Production/Packing, Quality and Store/Dispatch departments to ensure timely and error free export shipments. 10. Monitoring export performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement. 11. Ensuing adherence to all export regulations and trade laws including import/export licenses, renewals and customs procedures. 12. Strong leadership and team management skills.
