Overview: We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our newly launched hotel property. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, ready to set up systems that ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. About the Property: Accommodations: 36 rooms and 8 villasFood & Beverage: Two restaurants (1 outdoor, 1 indoor)Event & Meeting Spaces: 2 banquet halls, 1 board room, and a lawn for eventsAmeni ties: Swimming pool and other guest facilities Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee all facets of hotel operations, ensuring seamless daily administration and management.Guest Experience: Maintain high service standards across all departments to guarantee outstanding guest satisfaction.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a large, diverse team across various departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.).Syste m Development: Establish and implement operational systems, processes, and procedures for a new property, ensuring efficiency and consistency.Finan cial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial performance, and revenue strategies to achieve profit targets.Compl iance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.Event Coordination: Oversee operations for special events, banquets, and meetings held within the property. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in a senior hospitality management role.Prove n leadership in managing large teams and multiple operational areas.Fluen cy in English and Hindi is a must.
