Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for the General Manager & Founder to lead and manage the operations of JAST LIBRARY located in Sagwara, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of the organization's overall strategy, policies, and practices. The General Manager & Founder will lead and motivate the team to achieve the library's objectives and goals, and represent the organization both internally and externally. Qualifications Relevant experience in a senior management role, preferably in the library or education industry Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in developing and executing business strategies and plans Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources Ability to think strategically and creatively, and make sound decisions Bachelor's degree or higher in business, library science, or a related field Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or marketing is a plus Passionate about learning, literature, and knowledge sharing Note: We encourage applications from candidates of diverse backgrounds and identities.,
