Job Description
We have a requirement for General Manager in Oman as per JD given below
Job title : General Manger
Educational level: Degree in engineering ( mechanical / manufacturing )
Experience : Min 10 years in managerial level in manufacturing - Preferred GCC experience
Salary : OMR 1700 + Accommodation +Transportation (Salary can be revised based on experience)
Tasks and Duty:
- Developing strategic operational plans that align with the company mission and objectives.
- Improving internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitoring financial performance to ensure the business remains profitable.
- Leading, training, and developing a team to enhance performance and meet operational standards.
- Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to drive business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain company legal and ethical standards.
- Managing resources effectively to maximize output and minimize waste.
