Job Summary:

We are looking for a General Duty Assistant (GDA) who will assist our nursing staff in providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining patient hygiene, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting the nursing team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist nurses with patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

- Maintain patient hygiene and cleanliness

- Assist patients with daily living activities such as toileting and mobility

- Take vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

- Assist with maintaining patient records and documentation

- Support the nursing team with various tasks such as preparing patients for exams and procedures

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

Requirements:

- Diploma or Certificate in General Duty Assistant (GDA) or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience as a GDA in a healthcare setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
