Description Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Generative AI ML Engineer, Data Science Lead the development of generative AI models and algorithms for various applications in the field of information technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using generative AI. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML in general and implement them in the development process. Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance of AI models and algorithms. Create technical documentation and presentations to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Mentor and train junior engineers on AI concepts and best practices. What You Will Do The Generative AI ML Engineer is responsible for leading the development of AI models and algorithms for various applications in the field of information technology. This role supports business growth objectives by driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of AI models and algorithms for various applications in the field of information technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using AI. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and implement them in the development process. Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance of AI models and algorithms. Create technical documentation and presentations to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Mentor and train junior engineers on AI concepts and best practices. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in developing generative AI models and algorithms. Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and PyTorch. Experience with deep learning architectures such as GPTs, GANs, VAEs, and Transformers. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Desired Qualifications Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
