Job Description

You will be responsible for managing Data Science and Machine Learning projects with a focus on AI applications. The role is based in PAN India and follows a Hybrid work mode. Ideal candidates should have 12 to 16 years of experience in Machine learning, NLP, computer vision, gen AI, or LLM, with a mandatory requirement of a Full-time PhD from tier1 institutions. A minimum of 5 years of post-PhD experience is required for candidates. Professors with teaching experience in the specified domains from tier1 institutions are also encouraged to apply. As an AI/ML Engineer, your primary role will involve developing applications and systems utilizing AI tools and Cloud AI services. You will be expected to create application pipelines on the cloud or on-premises with production-ready quality. The role may include working on GenAI models, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing among other tasks. Key skills required for this position include expertise in Computer Vision, while additional skills are considered beneficial but not mandatory. The educational qualification sought is a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Data Science/AI, Mathematics, and Statistics from reputed institutes such as IITs, IISc, IIITs, and ISIs. We are seeking an innovative AI Research and Innovation Practitioner who can develop new algorithms, enhance existing models, and explore novel AI applications to solve complex challenges faced by clients. The position offers opportunities to work across various AI areas, including Speech and Audio, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Multi-modal AI. Emerging research tracks on Agentic AI autonomous systems are also part of the role, focusing on goal-driven intelligent systems that can reason, plan, and adapt using AI technologies.,
