The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) and at least one traditional ML/AI project. This role requires rapid prototyping and deployment of AI solutions, working in a fast-paced product development environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing, optimizing, and testing Python-based AI/ML models. Support Gen AI initiatives, including prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and embeddings. Work on traditional ML projects such as recommendation systems, fraud detection, or credit scoring. Help in data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model performance tracking. Participate in integrating models into product pipelines using FastAPI or Flask. Collaborate with senior engineers on AI pipeline automation and model deployment. Key Capabilities: Strong foundation in Python programming and basic data structures. Good understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning. Exposure to AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face is a plus. Interest or prior exposure to Generative AI, OCR, or speech AI will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with databases (SQL/MySQL/NoSQL) and basic data querying. Ability to grasp new technologies quickly and apply them to solve real-world problems.
