GeM Portal/Tender Specialist Power Green Batteries & Auto Accessories

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities on the GeM portal on a daily basis.

Register, manage, and update company profile and product/service listings on GeM.

Prepare and upload technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, operations) to collect necessary documentation and pricing inputs.

Ensure timely submission of all bids and compliance with GeM guidelines and buyer requirements.

Track bid status, respond to clarifications, and handle post-bid correspondence.

Negotiate with buyers through GeM when applicable (RA, bidding, or direct purchase processes).

Maintain a record of tenders submitted, won, lost, and reasons for loss for performance analysis.

Ensure adherence to government procurement rules and maintain confidentiality of pricing and commercial information.

Follow up with departments for timely dispatch and delivery of awarded orders.

Provide regular reports and insights to management on tender activity and opportunities.
