Candidate required to join by Immediate Job Title Gear Hobbing Setter cum Programmer Roles & Responsibilities New Product Development in Gear Hobbing machine Setting and Operating gear hobbing machines CNC 2D Programming Inspection using gear measuring instruments Hob Maintenance Maintain tight tolerances and ensure gear geometry is in line with quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to prevent downtime. Maintain documentation for setup sheets, programming logs, and inspection reports. Preferred Skill Set GD&T Gear Hobbing CNC Programming (Preferred Hamai CNC) Basic knowledge of gear metrology and inspection standards. Knowledge of other gear manufacturing processes.
