The Gate & Guest Relationship Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing guest relations, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests. Daily tasks include welcoming and greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, addressing and resolving guest complaints and feedback, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure Experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in PR Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A professional and friendly demeanor Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus,
