Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Garment Product Sourcing Manager for our Kolkata location. The Garment Product Sourcing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing and procurement of knitwear products, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Must have 8 years experience in Product / Garment sourcing. Qualifications Expert knowledge of production of fashion garments in knitted category, planning sourcing, buying. Strong negotiation and contract management skills Knowledge of knitwear products and market trends Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the textile or fashion industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or related field Incumbent must have 8 years experience in Product / Garment sourcing. Must have merchandising knowledge with Mens category of Product Sourcing, product development & costing.,
