Job Description

Shift time: Rotational (Afternoon, Evening, Night) Work mode: On site Key Responsibilities: Test PC and Console (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.) games systematically to identify and log bugs and issues. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and compatibility testing across multiple platforms. Execute test cases, report bugs clearly using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Validate fixes and perform re-testing of reported issues. Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and designers to provide qualitative and quantitative feedback. Ensure compliance with console TRC/TCR/XR guidelines and certification requirements where applicable. Provide detailed documentation of issues and test results. Participate in playtests and provide feedback on gameplay, balance, and user experience. Qualifications Required: 14 years of experience in QA testing for PC and Console games. Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and QA methodologies. Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Familiarity with certification requirements and submission standards for at least one major console platform. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Passion for gaming and deep understanding of various genres and platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
