The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming and entertainment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with game selections and activities. Ensure the smooth operation of arcade machines, VR games, and other attractions. Provide instructions on how to use gaming equipment and assist customers when needed. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area. Monitor safety and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines. Support event planning and assist in organizing birthday parties and special activities. Conduct regular checks on gaming machines and report any malfunctions to the management. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or entertainment role is a plus. Basic knowledge of gaming and arcade operations preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system. Enthusiastic, energetic, and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
