This full-time position offers an annual salary of 3,50,000 and is ideal for candidates with a passion for making a difference through effective fundraising strategies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our fundraising initiatives, engaging with potential donors, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Engage with potential donors through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential sponsors and partners.
• Collaborate with team members to organize fundraising events and activities.
• Monitor and report on fundraising progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fundraising.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to persuade and convince potential donors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools is a plus.
