Preparation of process road map (AS IS & TO BE Documentation) Prepare functional specification documentation for development requests Communicate and collaborate with internal Software teams to formalize application requirements, while supporting the delivery of the solution Collaborate with the client to solve problems in managing large dynamic sets of data, and to develop and document new processes Review test cases, replicate issues, work with developers to resolve issues Perform UAT of new features & ensure for the results Ongoing Product Benchmarking and work on incorporating best practices in Product Quickly learn new processes, software and ways of working Configure the Application as per the needs & requirement of the clients existing business process.
