Job Description (JD) for a Full-Time Accountant (6 days a week, 10 AM to 6 PM): Job Title: Full-Time Accountant Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Experience: Minimum 1-3 years preferred Salary: [1.44 lakhs to 1.80 lakhs per annum] Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should be proficient in day-to-day accounting tasks, statutory compliances, and have hands-on experience with accounting software. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage all financial records, ledgers, and daily accounting operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations Assist with internal and external audits Coordinate with CA and tax consultants for filing returns Monitor cash flow and budget planning Maintain and update inventory and asset records (if applicable) Support management in financial decision-making with data and analysis Requirements: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com) Minimum 1 years of hands-on accounting experience Proficiency in Zoho Books MS Excel, Email reporting and accounting software Good understanding of Indian tax laws and statutory compliance Strong organizational and time-management skills Accuracy and attention to detail Preferred Qualities: Familiarity with filing GST/TDS returns Experience working in a small to mid-size business environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Team player with a proactive attitude Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025,
