Full Stack WordPress Developer Job Summary: We're seeking a talented Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our team! You'll bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, maintaining and enhancing our custom WordPress technology stack. Your expertise will help us develop scalable solutions, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and accessibility. Responsibilities: - Develop new websites using our custom WordPress stack - Create marketing assets for new partners and programs - Migrate legacy websites to our standard custom WordPress stack - Maintain websites, implement new features, and optimize code bases for performance - Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.0 A and AA standards) and technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders Requirements: - 5+ years full stack development experience, 3+ years WordPress development experience - Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JS, jQuery) and PHP (5+ years), MySQL (3+ years) - Experience with WordPress plugin development, RESTful APIs, and version control - Familiarity with Pantheon, Azure DevOps, and Tealium is a plus - Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies Nice to Have: - Experience with ReactJS, Bootstrap, Vue, NodeJS, and A/B testing frameworks like Intellimize - Familiarity with Elementor and WordPress wp-cli command line utility What We Offer: - Opportunity to work with a talented team - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Chance to develop scalable solutions and enhance our custom WordPress stack If you're passionate about WordPress development and have a strong technical background, we'd love to hear from you!
