Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Web3 & Smart Contract Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). Day-to-day tasks include writing and testing smart contracts, ensuring the security and integrity of blockchain networks, collaborating with front-end and back-end developers, and staying updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 solutions into business strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in writing and testing smart contracts Experience with blockchain networks and decentralized applications (dApps) Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Competency in contract negotiation and management Ability to draft, review, and manage contractual agreements Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in blockchain technology Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in the Communications & Entertainment industry is a plus,
