We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Full Stack Developer to join our team in Mumbai. As a MERN Developer, you will collaborate closely with our product teams to develop robust and scalable applications that are user-friendly. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background and be adept at designing, implementing, and overseeing complex IT solutions. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with designers and product managers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. - Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile devices. - Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Implementing data security and protection measures. - Participating in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards and best practices. - Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends. - Developing and maintaining the technical architecture for IT projects. - Working with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Designing scalable, reliable, and secure architectures to meet business needs. - Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks. - Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams. - Ensuring that solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices. - Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans for new and existing solutions. - Participating in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer. - In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Familiarity with Git and version control systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL). - Familiarity with DevOps practices.
