Hiring: Freelance Full-Stack Engineer (0-1 Product Development) Contract to Hire We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join on a freelance contract with the potential to transition into a full-time role within 6 months. If you love building 0-1 products, scaling systems, and owning end-to-end development, this is for you! What you'll do Own the end-to-end development of a new products, collaborating with other engineers when needed. Build and ship high-quality features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. Design systems with a strong focus on scalability and performance. Work with Node.js, React, Java, Python, or any relevant tech stack. Manage deployments in the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure). What Were Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer. Proven experience in building & shipping 0-1 products. Strong understanding of system design & scalability principles. Experience with cloud deployments and infrastructure management. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Nice to Have Experience with microservices, serverless, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Knowledge of database optimization (SQL & NoSQL).
