Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer at MAI Corporation India, you will play a crucial role in leading our technology strategy and development efforts. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience, you will bring your expertise in modern web technologies such as React, Node.js with Express, MongoDB, GitHub, AWS Amplify, and AWS S3 to the table. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and optimization of web applications, managing MongoDB databases, deploying applications using AWS Amplify, integrating AI/ML models, and implementing microservices architecture. Your role will also involve establishing and refining Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, applying advanced knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve technical challenges, and leading the integration of AI/ML models to enhance application capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing tech team, driving project execution, implementing quality assurance best practices, and defining the technology vision and strategy in alignment with business goals. To excel in this role, you should have a deep expertise in React and Node.js with Express, strong knowledge of MongoDB, AWS Amplify, AWS S3, and cloud-based infrastructure, experience in SDLC and DSA, and a background in microservices architecture design. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are also essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
