You are invited to join our team at Mintex Inc. as a Full Stack Developer Manager/Team Lead, specializing in .NET and React.js technologies. As a key contributor to our team based in Ahmedabad, India, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust ASP.NET MVC applications and high-performance front-end components using React.js. Your expertise in C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server will be essential in ensuring the scalability and speed of our web applications. At Mintex Inc., we are a USA-based staffing firm with a focus on providing top-notch staffing solutions across various industries such as Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Legal, and Oil & Gas. By leveraging your skills in back-end and front-end development, you will work closely with our designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients" needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust ASP.NET MVC applications - Develop high-performance front-end components using React.js and TypeScript - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions - Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and work with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization - Follow Agile methodologies and participate in code reviews to improve development standards - Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend applications Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-5 years of strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework - 2-4 years of strong experience with React JS - Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems - Experience with UI/UX design is a bonus Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience with UI/UX design principles - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies If you have a minimum of 3-10 years of experience in .NET, full-stack development, and React, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
