As a Front Office and HR Executive in the Interior Designing industry, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. You will be expected to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization. Additionally, you will conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate their onboarding process. Your role will also involve overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. It will be essential to maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. You will be the point of contact for employee inquiries and will be required to resolve administrative issues promptly and efficiently. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is required. Proficiency in HRMS software and other relevant HR tools is essential. You should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
