Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams for cleanliness and supplies.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining office records.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks when required.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
