Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams for cleanliness and supplies.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining office records.
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks when required.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
