Responsibilities: - Lead the development of front-end applications using React and Next.js, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions. - Define and implement the technical direction of the platform in collaboration with the co-founders. - Translate ideas from the product and design teams into user-centric features and functionalities. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for the front-end of the platform. - Optimize application performance and scalability for enterprise-level usage. - Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the platform to enhance reliability, speed, and scalability. - Engage in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of collaboration and learning. - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills. Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React and Next.js. - Proficiency in state management tools such as Redux and Context API. - Knowledge of Django Rest Framework would be an added advantage. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a dynamic startup environment. - Effective communication skills and the ability to engage directly with leadership.
