We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to manage daily operations of our PG accommodation. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, staff coordination, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle daily guest queries and complaints, ensuring prompt and polite resolution.
Show rooms to new customers, explain facilities, rules, rent structure, and property benefits.
Clearly inform guests about food facilities, meal timings, and menu plans.
Take feedback and reviews to improve overall service quality.
Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff for daily operations.
Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
Enforce discipline among residents and staff, maintaining a peaceful environment.
Generate and distribute monthly rent bills, including electricity and any extra charges.
Ensure overall cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of the PG premises.
