The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role includes managing administrative tasks, handling incoming calls, and providing support for day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities: Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable. Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes if required. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Call Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally. Screen and forward calls as necessary. Provide information to callers and take messages when required. Administrative Support: Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages. Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating events. Record Keeping: Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate their replenishment. Update and maintain employee and visitor contact lists. Customer Service: Address inquiries from employees, visitors, and callers promptly and effectively. Provide basic information about the organization, such as location, services, or policies.
